Best breakfast burrito
This morning I was searching through the fridge to whip up something for breakfast. I stumbled onto the left-over breaded tilapia my wife had cooked the night before last. I diced some of it up and pan fried it with some already cooked peppered bacon. I then added a beat egg to the pan. All this on top of a soft flour tortilla and some sharp cheddar. It was so good I had to make a second. I think feta might have been better with it but the sharp cheddar was excellent.
